The Value of Friendship.
I woke up this morning wondering what I was going to write about today. Would someone leave a response with a question? Would I experience something worth blogging about? Well, neither of these things occurred. This morning I woke up to a house full of friends and as I sat in my kitchen and drank my cup of coffee, I soaked up every bit of joy they brought me. The morning was filled with laughter and reminiscence. I began to think what my life would be like without friends, and friends as loyal as the ones I am blessed to have. I could not even fathom the thought. Over the years, friends have come and gone. Each of them brought laughs, tears and memories into my life. But as time goes by, the important ones remain, the negative ones whittle away and life becomes clear again. Friends are a vital part of our time here on earth. They bring us a feeling of gratitude, a lighthearted smile, and a vivacious take on life. I am beyond thankful for the friends I have, who continually make life meaningful for me. Not a word could suffice what you all mean to me and I hope our time can remain as humorous and euphoric for years to come. A wise friend of mine once said."May your next couple years be filled with memories to last a lifetime, and enough friends to carry you through." I hope all of you possess or find this kind of friendship, for the love you receive could never be replaced.
